David Allman is Owner & Chairman of Regent Partners, a real estate investment and development company based in Atlanta. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1976 Magna Cum Laude and with Distinction in Economics.

Mr. Allman has been in the commercial real estate business since 1980. His company, Regent Partners, has developed or acquired more than $2 billion in real estate assets including its recent development, The Sovereign, a 50-story mixed use project in the Buckhead, the tallest building to be built in Atlanta in almost 20 years.

Mr. Allman is active in numerous civic and ministry initiatives including his Chairmanship of the Atlanta Christian Foundation (ACF) and sponsorship of a multi-year pilot project in Latin America, partnering with Opportunity International to create new business-oriented models for transformation of the poor. Mr. Allman currently serves on the Dartmouth Real Estate Advisory Council.
